Corrado Allora Abbondi – Founder

For over 20 years,  I focused my activity on advising clients with respect to the full spectrum of their corporate needs, including acquisitions, equity investments, debt financings and restructuring, shareholders relationship, general corporate matters and most of the related litigation.

I am assisting different clients on restructuring and insolvency issues ranging from industrial to service companies. In particular, I acted on a wide range of work-outs, consolidation plans, rescheduling, in and out of Court restructuring agreements and composition with creditors, banks and suppliers.

I have also acquired an in-depth experience in commercial, corporate and banking litigation, acting on behalf of domestic and foreign companies or individuals. 

For more than 10 years I have been associated with International law firms in Milan and with leading Italian law firms assisting, on the matters I am specialized, Italian and multinational clients in different business sectors such as Financial Institution and Banks, Automotive, Manufacturing, Fashion, IT, Telecommunication and Electronics.

Graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 1998 and admitted to practice as lawyer since 2001. 

Languages spoken fluently: Italian and English.

Andrea Ricasoli

Andrea’s studies were particularly focused on subjects such as Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Civil Procedure and Insolvency law.

Since January 2024, he has been attending the “Advanced Course in Corporate Law and Restructuring operation” organized by the University of Milan, for further and more accurate specialization in the subject. 
At present, Andrea supports clients in judicial and extrajudicial consultancy, preparing defense draft, memorandum with the relevant research.

He is fluent in Italian, English, and also has a good knowledge of French.

Antonella Rivetta – Of Counsel

Antonella has developed a broad and in-depth knowledge of issues related to industrial law, having, among other things, served as assistant professor for the chair related to the same. In particular, she has worked on all issues related to copyright – she was head of the legal department of Mondadori for 7 years -, protection of trademarks and patents and issues related to unfair competition as well.
With the development of new technologies, this subject is of great interest as in a short time she has had to regulate the matter in relation to software, data protection and artificial intelligence.

Antonella has also been dealing with family law for several years, both with regard to family issues (separations, divorces, family mediation) and with regard to inheritance issues, dealing with such matters both out of court and in court.

She has always worked in law firms that deal with corporate and commercial law, and is therefore able to follow and support clients even in the critical issues they face in these areas.
She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
